About Nektar

Nektar Insights builds AI workflow systems that embed in your domain — not generic tools bolted onto your business, but purpose-built automation that reflects how your team actually works. We spend enough time understanding your operations that when we build, the system fits your reality rather than a generic spec.

For SONIQ, that means two things: getting leads responded to and qualified before your competitors pick up the phone, and catching plan/quote mismatches before they become change orders on the job site.

02

Two Projects

Project 1

Lead Response & Qualification

Monitors inbound leads, sends a fast first response matched to SONIQ's luxury positioning, qualifies the opportunity through natural conversation, then scores and routes to the right salesperson.

  • Sub-5-minute AI response matched to SONIQ brand tone
  • Structured qualification: project type, product interest, role, stage, scope
  • Lead scoring and routing to designated sales reps
  • Email and/or SMS notifications with full qualification context
  • Dashboard for visibility into lead flow and conversion
  • 30-day post-launch tuning with weekly reviews

Signing commits to Project 1 only. Project 2 requires separate approval — no obligation and no kill fee.

Project 2

Plan/Quote Variance Review (Pilot)

Extracts window/door schedules from plan documents, extracts quote line items, compares both, and generates a variance report flagging mismatches before ordering.

  • PDF intake for architectural plans and quotes
  • AI-powered extraction of window/door schedules and line items
  • Variance engine: quantities, sizes, materials, glass, hardware, color
  • Severity-flagged variance report for estimator review
  • Accuracy metrics against 5–10 historical jobs
  • Production feasibility recommendation based on pilot results

If the pilot validates accuracy and ROI, a production build is scoped separately (preliminary estimate: 80–150 hours).

The Investment

Project 1
$5,000
50 hours · Lead Response
Project 2
$5,000
50 hours · Variance Pilot
Hourly Rate
$100
billed at actual hours
Discovery
$500
credited to Project 1

A $500 paid discovery sessionkicks things off — credited in full toward Project 1 if you proceed. Each project requires a 50% deposit at kickoff, with the balance invoiced at launch based on actual hours.

After the 30-day warranty, an optional $500/month retainer (5 hrs) covers monitoring, script updates, and tuning. Platform and API costs are passed through at cost.

Success Criteria

These are the measurable benchmarks we hold ourselves to. If the system doesn't hit these, we tune it until it does — that's what the 30-day warranty is for.

Project 1 — Lead Response

  • ✓AI first response sent within 5 minutes of lead arrival during business hours
  • ✓Qualification flow collects all required data in 5 or fewer conversational turns
  • ✓Lead scoring correctly routes high-value leads to the designated sales rep
  • ✓System operates for 30 days with 2 or fewer critical failures
  • ✓Sales team reports improved lead context vs. pre-system baseline

Project 2 — Variance Pilot

  • ✓Extraction pipeline processes all pilot documents without manual intervention
  • ✓Variance report correctly identifies 80%+ of known historical mismatches
  • ✓False positive rate below 20%
  • ✓Estimator review takes less time than current manual comparison

Technology & Ownership

PythonClaude / OpenAITwilioPDF ExtractionWeb Dashboard

Nektar retains ownership of the underlying platform and AI workflow architecture. SONIQ receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, operate, and modify the delivered systems across all SONIQ locations. Your data, brand voice configurations, and scoring rules remain your property.

This SOW covers the Salt Lake City location. If the systems deliver value, deployment to additional SONIQ locations is available at significantly reduced cost — the core platform exists, and per-location work is limited to configuration and tuning.
