The Problem
Rafter 9 Ranch was selling bulls at auction with no way to know whether their animals were priced above or below market. The industry relied on gut feel and word of mouth. There was no analytical layer.
Buyers had the same problem. No one had built a tool that could aggregate sale results, model EPD-to-price relationships, and surface actionable pricing intelligence for breeders.
