The Problem
KIN Home's operations data lived across a CRM, accounting software, and a field service platform. No single view of the business existed. Leadership was making decisions from gut feel and Excel exports.
Data was stale, inconsistent, and siloed. There was no way to see pipeline + revenue + ops together — you had to open three different tools and reconcile manually.
